When purchasing physical goods on our webshop (CDs, books, essential oils, etc.), there is a 14 calendar day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or another person of your choice) receive the item in physical possession. If you have ordered several items in one order, which we will have to deliver in several installments, the cancellation period runs from you (or another person that you have chosen) receiving the last item in physical possession.
If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the following working day.<\/p>

You can not regret your purchase by simply refusing to receive or fail to pick up the item without at the same time giving us clear notice that you regret. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return and get refunded downloads of music, audio books and e-books as well as tickets to events such as webinars, lectures, concerts, film screenings, etc .. In case of cancellation of Online education, and Teaching in workshop form, the amount can be returned up to 1 month before the start of the education. Deposit is lost or shifted to a similar event. If you have regretted the purchase of an item, your order must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay to return the item yourself.
You can not send items back by COD, without delivery or to a parcel shop.
When you return the item, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item until we have received it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track & trace number.<\/p>

The condition of the item when you send it back<\/strong>
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but do not use it.<\/p>

Refund of the purchase amount<\/strong>
If you regret your purchase of an item, the amount you have paid back to us will be returned. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
